How to read the POS Manager dashboard
Use the filters first, then read each page from headline numbers to detailed tables.
Start with the filters
Most pages can be narrowed by branch and date. Some also add payment method, category, menu item, supplier or status. Choose the filters you need, apply them, then read the cards, charts and tables within the same scope.
Overview dashboard
Start here for a quick view of the business. The top cards show gross sales, subtotal, VAT, order count and average check. The charts explain order types, delivery channels, branch contribution and payment methods.

Billing Analytics
Use this page to audit transactions. It brings together gross and net billings, refunds, discounts, average check, bill volume and items sold. Use the breakdown tabs for sales, refunds or discounts, then open the invoice table when you need order-level detail.

Menu Analytics
Use this page to understand what sells and how each item contributes. It shows menu revenue, items sold, items per invoice and modifier attachment. The matrix groups items by sales volume and revenue, while the tables explain item, category and modifier performance.

Marketing Insights
Use this page to find selling patterns. Bundling shows items frequently ordered together, Customization shows common choices and modifiers, and Purchase Timing shows when guests order. Filter by branch, date, payment method or menu item before acting on a pattern.

Comparison Engine
Use this page when you need a fair side-by-side comparison. Build up to six targets using dates, branches, payment methods, categories or items. The results compare sales, order count and average order value, with trends and branch detail below.

Custom Exporter
Use this page when the dashboard view is not enough. Create a spreadsheet report for the date range and report level you need. The job registry shows whether each export was sent or failed, so you can follow up without creating duplicates.

Purchase Orders Analytics
Use this page to review purchasing. Filter by date, branch, supplier or status, then read purchase-order count, finalized spend, fulfillment, cost variance and active suppliers. The charts and breakdown tabs show spend trends, order status, suppliers, branches and line items.

Transfers Analytics
Use this page to follow stock moving between warehouses and branches. It shows requested and delivered cost, fulfillment and active providers. The charts explain volume and status, while the tables separate outgoing transfers, receiving locations and transferred items.

Use Overview for the daily check. Open a detailed page when a number changes or needs investigation. Keep the same branch and date filters so every comparison uses the same scope.
