Proof Manager onboarding: what happens before activation
Proof Manager is configured around the physical environment of each branch. Our team assesses the cameras, the operational area and any setup work before activation.
Why onboarding is managed
Proof Manager connects software to the way a real branch operates. It is not a self-service setup. We work with your operations and technical teams to make sure the evidence is clear and usable.
Choose the branch and service
Confirm the first branch and whether activation covers Revenue Protection, Kitchen Quality or another agreed service.
Assess the cameras and NVR
We review camera positioning, image quality, coverage, connectivity and access to the cameras or NVR. The assessment may show that a camera needs calibration, repositioning or replacement, or that a new camera is required.
Survey the operational area
For Revenue Protection, we assess the packing station and how orders move through it. For Kitchen Quality, we survey the kitchen, workstations, workflow and operating environment.
Agree on the setup work
We document what can use the existing installation and what needs adjustment. We also agree which actions belong to your team, Proof Manager and any installation provider.
Configure, validate and activate
We configure the branch and test the operational evidence against the actual workflow. Any coverage issues are corrected before both teams confirm that the result is usable and the branch is activated.

What we need from you
A branch contact who understands daily operations; a technical contact or camera-system provider; access to the cameras or NVR; permission to inspect the relevant areas; and time for testing and validation.
